Three-roomed flat 4/5 persons
Besides each type of cabin you find the maximum number of persons allowed. Children are treated like adults. Weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday. Compulsory: in August minimum two weeks booking. Price includes: 10% VAT, bed linen and bath towel with weekly change,dishes,hot water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, Tv,private beach facilities (1 beach bed and 1 beach umbrella in the lido 100 Mt far from the main structure) and campsite facilities (swimmingpools and club rep). Flat are available from 17.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 9.30 am of the day of departure. Payment conditions: 30% of full amount + € 10,00 as booking fees must be paid as deposit within 8 days of receipt of booking. Balance of the bill must be paid upon the arrival. We only accept payments made by cash,bancomat or credit cards. Cheques not accepted. Deposit is not refundable for cancellation of booking. Deferred arrivals or anticipated departures will not cause refund or reduction. |
