Camping Bellamare is the only campsite of Conero Riviera to have direct access to the sea of Porto Recanati. The beach is made of fine gravels and pebbles and the beautiful blue sea is characterized by a high clayey sea bottom. On the horizon rises the striking profile of Mount Conero and, in the clearest days, it is also possibile to admire the famous Due Sorelle sea stacks, reachable only via boat. The InfoPoint of the camping organizes boat transfers to the Due Sorelle Beach everyday at an exclusive price.
The beach in front of the camping is free and the guests can rent beach umbrella and sun beds at just € 3,00 each piece. Located in the proximity of the central beach entrance, the camping’s Beach Bar is the ideal meeting point for a coffee, an ice-cream or the amazing happy hour. The latter is an event you can’t miss, with live music and a wide range of delicious finger foods
Due SorelleThis white sandy cove, in the shadow of Mount Conero, lies in the Sirolo wilderness and owes its name to the two rock stacks standing in front of the coastal stretch. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera and can only be reached by sea. Porto RecanatiThe wide shingle beaches filled with beach establishments, offer endless services and various opportunities for entertainment. There are long stretches of land near the mouth of the Potenza River where dogs are admitted for those who enjoy bringing their four-legged friends along during the holidays
MarcelliMarcelli lies in the most Southern part of the Conero Park. Starting from the Numana Harbour, it stretches over a sandy coast of about 6 km, equipped with every possible service: from restaurants to sports clubs and children's areas.
NumanaThis shingle beach offers shallow water, reefs and numerous beach establishments. A bus leaves every 15 minutes from the town plaza to the beach.
La spiaggiolaEnchanting small pebble size strand, offers a number of beach facilities. Getting to the beach: easily reached by bus from Numana's square (ten minutes).
Dei fratiAmazing coast inside de Park of the Conero awarded the Blue Flag. The beach is of fine sand, small and very charming, well equipped and dominated by the rocky cliff. The sea is clear with sandy and sloping seabeds, ideal for a swim. This beach can be reached from the beach of Numana Alta.
UrbaniEasily reached by car and by bus, going down along a one kilometer road on a pinewood which starts in the center of Sirolo.
San MicheleDivided by a stretch of white cliffs coast from Black pebble, it is a attractive narrow sandy beach. Reached like the Sassi Neri beach.
Sassi NeriA wide, long, black pebbled strand of beach; it is one of the best of the coast. It can be reached by bus from the bus station near the Town Hall (half an hour runs) or on foot from Republic Park of Sirolo.
Dei GabbianiLocated in a adjacent area to de Two Sisters beach, the Dei Gabbiani beach is situated in a pristine cove at the feet of the promontory of the Conero and it faces the stunning sea of The Gabbiani beach can be reached only from the sea or with a private boat or by renting a boat.
La VelaLocated at the south side of Portonovo's bay, behind the church of Santa Maria of Its name comes from the big rock with a shape of a sail that characterizes this beach and makes it the favourite place to go for the bravest divers. This part of the coast is the last walkeable part of the nothern side of the Conero. It can be reached from the sea.
PortonovoBeach establishments and cafés with sea views are alternated with other stretches which are wilder and left untouched.
MezzavalleNear Portonovo, the locals of the area follow a specific trail whenever they want to relax in a real natural oasis; this path leads to the white beach of Mezzavalle.
Il TraveThe Trave rock is a thin sandstone that stretches out to sea for about one kilometer. Here the marine fauna is lush and reach of mussels, celebrated in all the menus of the Riviera of The bathing is free, there are no beach establishments nor sun umbrellas. It can be reached by following a foodpath for about 30 minutes or from the sea.
The paths of ConeroThe only relief (572 meters) overhanging the sea from Trieste to Gargano, in symbiosis with the towns Ancona and Camerano, and with the sea resorts of Sirolo and Numana, mount Conero is the heart of the homonymous Regional Park. Established in 1987, but managed only since 1991, it is a nature sanctuary extending for 5,800 hectares of protected area, with places of great charm: the bay of Portonovo, the beach of the "due sorelle", the northern view-point, Pian Grande, pian dei Raggetti...
18 hiking routes developing among strawberry trees, brooms, ilex trees, pines, in the magic of the Mediterranean maquis. The area houses several species of birds, some of them very rare, together with a rich fauna. The many plants making the Mediterranean maquis are here protected and represent the third part of the whole floristic heritage of Marche. The territory is also rich in artistic evidences: Santa Maria di Portonovo, San Pietro al Conero, the Antiquarium on the Picenic civilization in Numana, and specific and very interesting geological itineraries.
