The Bellamare’s Restaurant, located in the Village’s central nucleus, offers a high quality and custom-tailored service in a magic and relaxing atmosphere. At lunch and dinner you can enjoy recipes inspired to the discovery of the regional culinary culture, skilfully prepared by our chef using only top quality products. Alternatively, for a quick delicious bite it is also possible to build your favourite fresh salad with ingredients of your choice or choose among a wide range of sandwiches daily prepared by our staff. The restaurant has also a pizzeria with wood-burning oven, where pizza is made only with italian wheat flours, San Marzano tomatoes and fiordilatte and bufala mozzarella cheese, following a slow rising process.
If you prefer enjoying in total relax the Bellamare’s Restaurant dishes, you can benefit from the take-away service to bring home the restaurant’s flavors whenever you like! Every morning at the camping’s central bar you can find rich breakfasts for all palates. Delicious stuffed croissants with a creamy cappuccino or a good jar of fresh yogurt with many toppings to choose from and a glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice. The central bar is opened every day from 7.30 a.m. to 23.00 p.m. and besides the cafeteria service you can find daily newspapers, cigarettes and mobile top-ups.

Fried salted codfish bites
To prepare the fried salted cobdfish start off by gently skinning your desalinated fillet from the tail with your hands. Bone the fish with the help of a tweezer. To easily find the bones, caress the fillet with the palm of your hand. Cut the fillet in 3-4 cm thick slices and divide in half the bigger ones. Pour flour in a bowl and cover the salted codfish on both sides.
Heat the oil in a pan until it reaches a temperature between 180° and 190°, and use it to fry few pieced at a time. Depending on the thickness of the pieces, the codfish should take from 4 to 6 minutes to be ready. When golden you can drip the oil in eccess from the pieces by using a sheet of kitchen paper. Serve the codfish smoking hot and enjoy.
We suggest to serve the codfish paired with a mixed salad and a citrusy mayonnaise. The freshness of lemon and orange will leave in the mouth a pleasant flavor.
In the greatly equipped Bottega dei Sapori of the camping, you can find everyday genuine products such as fresh bread, cold cuts, cheeses and regional wines. The staff will assist you in purchasing local delicacies, fresh fruit and vegetables and in choosing among a wide range of consumer goods.
