WHEN DOES THE CAMPSITE OPEN?
The camping is open since the 11th of June 2020.

Both of them should be filled and given during the check-in.
In this challenging period, we organised our structures to guarantee a safe and well-deserved holiday for our guests.
Access and crowd control inside Camping Bellamare will be done following the protocols of the Region Marche and through self-certification of good health.
WILL FOREIGN GUESTS BE ADMITTED?
There are no restrictions regarding the country of origin of guests except those relating to travels / movements prescribed by the competent authorities.
HOW ARE WE GOING TO GUARANTEE SOCIAL DISTANCING IN THE CAMPSITE?
We are carefully planning measure to manage potential gatherings that could form in our facilities.
We are evaluating new procedures regarding each procedure and services, check-in and check-out, restaurant and bar, swimming pool and entertainment...
All the directives from the Ministry of Health and our Region (Marche) will be applied with the utmost diligence and care.
CAN I COME CAMPING WITH THE CAMPER, CARAVAN OR TENT?
At the moment there are no restriction in place to prevent travelling with your own mean of transport.
Our pitches comply with the Regional Protocol therefore, it will not be necessary for us to decrease the number of pitches available.
To simplify check-in procedure, it is recommended to call the day before your departure to receive online check-in instructions.
We recommend to be as self-sufficient as possible to minimise unnecessary contact.
All personal belongings bought inside the group services should be stored inside a personal bag.
HOW WILL THE RESTAURANT, PIZZERIA AND BAR OPERATE?
The bar will open alongside the camping opening and, even if drinks are not allowed to be consumed at the counter, to guarantee you a fantastic breakfast, the bar area will be equipped with table service.
The Bellamare’s Restaurant is open since the 18th of June 2020.
There are several restaurants nearby within walking distance. Ristorante Dario (winner of the TV show "4 Restaurants", season 2020 in the episode of best restaurant with sea view), Voci del Mare, La Stazione (pizza restaurant), Zia Emilia (pizza restaurant), L'acropoli and Bebo's (an other competitor of the television program "4 Restaurants").
At Bellamare’s Restaurant we will guarantee a top quality service.
The spacing between tables will follow the directives of the Ministry of Health.
At the moment, it seems that they are aiming to set the social distancing to one meter (in our case, nothing will change from how we previously operated).
The à la carte menu will still offer a choice of fish, meat and pizza.
To consume your meal in your pitch, we will continue to carry out the takeaway service using as much biodegradable and low environmental impact materials as possible.

WILL THE MARKET INSIDE BE OPEN?
Yes, is open since the 18th of June 2020.
For the access, we will take all the necessary measure that are being communicated in the guidelines from the Region Marche. At the moment there is as obligation to wear gloves, a mask and respect social distancing.
These guidelines are continuously updated.
We will also adjust to changes throughout the season.


HOW WILL THE POOL ACCESS FUNCTION?
Once the camping will be open, the pool will be available with free access.
The guidelines from the Region Marche allows the use of swimming pools however, the minimum distance between sunbeds occupied by different crews must be respected.
The distance can not be less than 2 meters.
We dedicated a larger space to the solarium area to guarantee a greater number of fixed positions.
Equipment such as sunbeds and deckchairs will be cleaned and sanitised daily.
Entry into the water is allowed only after a full-body shower with soap.
A number of 4 people are allowed in the pool for every 10 square meters of water.
Our large pool will therefore be able to host 105 people, in the small pool there will be space for 16 children.
The 2-meter social distancing between people from not belonging from the same crew must be respected.
The guidelines from the Region Marche oblige a shower immediately after bathing in the sea. With particular care for face and hands.
Wearing a swimming cup is mandatory because of internal regulations.
In any case, our staff will supervise the accesses, distancing between umbrellas and guarantee the respect of all necessary sanitation protocols.
CAN I GO TO THE BEACH?
The beach in front of the campsite is free, as for the swimming pool, the 2 meters minimum distance between sunbeds of different crews must be respected.
Even inside the water the social distance of one meter between people not belonging to the same family must be maintained.
WILL WE FIND ENTERTAINMENT?
The entertainment will begin on June 20th.
The guidelines of the Region Marche foresees the possibility of carrying out leisure activities reorganised and in small groups, with social distancing and scheduled times to respect COVID-19 measures.
WILL THE INFO POINT INSIDE BE OPEN?
The reception will be available to provide you with all the information relating to the area and to help you organize your holiday. Due to transfer restrictions, the Info Point does not organize organized tours.
ACCESS REGULATIONS TO THE PLAYGROUND AREA?
The playground is currently closed.
It will be available from June 20th at the times in which activities are scheduled.
The 1 meter social distance must be maintained with the exception of members of the same crew.
A protection mask must be used by parents, carers and children above 6 years old.
Suitable dispensers of hydroalcoholic solutions will be made available for frequent hand hygiene.
The surfaces that are most frequently touched will be disinfected regularly.
WHAT CONDUCT SHOULD GUESTS ADOPT?
Guests are required not to enter the campsite in the event of a quarantine, in the presence of flu symptoms or body temperature above 37.5 ° C, or if they come from areas of epidemic outbreaks reported by the Ministry of Health.
The management will have the opportunity to measure guests' body temperature before authorising access.
If you experience isolated flu symptoms, please alert the direction.
At the entrance, to avoid gatherings, we are organizing ourselves with online check-in procedures.
In all common areas avoid gatherings and keep the interpersonal distance of 1 m (recommended 2 m) avoiding handshakes and hugs.
If the interpersonal distance of 1 mt cannot be respected, wear a mask, and still be careful as a mask does not guarantee absolute protection.
Do not touch your eyes, nose, mouth with your hands and wash your hands very often.
Cover your mouth and nose if you sneeze with your elbow crease. Use the appropriate tissues, bins and items for personal use.
Use the disinfectant gel is made available in the facility. Parents / carers must supervise children to comply with the distancing and hygiene-behavioral rules compatible with their degree of autonomy and age.
Towels must be washed frequently, at least at 60 ° C.
Guests will be obliged to take a shower immediately after bathing in the sea, with particular care of cleaning hands and face.
Masks and gloves must be worn according to the legislation in force.
CAN I RECEIVE GUESTS?
Any visitors must register with at the reception and carry an identification bracelet.
They can access the campsite on foot only from 07:00 to 23:00 by presenting a document and paying, after the first hour of stay, a guest fee as per the price list.
Guests should always wear a mask unless they are part of the same crew.
HOW WILL COMMON ACCOMMODATIONS AND PLACES BE CLEANED?
Our staff carried out the mandatory training courses following the COVID19 emergency.
The products used comply the requirements of the Ministry of Health and WHO to ensure maximum sanitising efficacy on all treated surfaces.
To ensure greater sanitation of the environments, fabrics, walls, wardrobes, remote controls and keys at each change, we use high-level disinfectant nebulizers with a broad spectrum of efficacy against viruses and bacteria.
A cleansing and sanitizing frequency will be programmed based on the frequency of use and the characteristics of each type of environment.
During the cleaning duties, the ventilation of the rooms will be ensured and particular attention will be given to the surfaces of greatest contact such as, door and window handles, toilet and sanitary surfaces and support surfaces.
HOW WILL COMMON TOILETS BE MANAGED?
For the cleaning and sanitation of common toilets, the one meter social distance will be respected according to the frequency of use, respecting the protocols of the Region Marche.
In each service group, sanitizing hand gel and a product for the sanitation of sinks, showers and toilets will be available for guests’ use.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF SYMPTOMS?
In the event that a person present inside the campsite (guest, collaborator, etc.) has fever and symptoms of respiratory infection (dry cough, fever, sore throat, breathing difficulties) they must promptly notify the owner of the facility, who will promptly inform the competent health authority (by contacting the emergency numbers for Covid19 indicated by the Region Marche).
In order to minimise the risk of contagion, while waiting for the arrival of the health professionals, the following measures must be taken:
- make them wear a surgical mask;
- minimise contacts with other people;
- direct them to your room or to an isolated environment with the door closed, ensuring adequate natural ventilation;
- wash your hands thoroughly with hydroalcoholic solution before and after having contact with the person or with the environment;
- have the potentially infected sanitary material disposed of in a waterproof bag directly by the customer.
